Black Flamingo has partnered with the Hargeisa Orphanage in the capital of Somaliland. The country is constantly facing severe droughts, which leads to the abandonment of children.
The orphanage was founded in 1954 and provides care on all fronts to over 520 vulnerable children, ranging from newborns up to 18 years of age, who have neither family to support them nor anywhere else to go.
A percentage of our profits goes to the orphanage to help provide basic human needs such as shelter, food, clothing, health, sport, education and vocational training. Because we believe everyone deserves the best chance in life.
